It has been in existence for more than 10 years, promoted by two senior professionals, SV Prasad (SV), a veteran in financial services industry & strategy consulting and
Mrs.Jaya Prasad
(Jaya) , an experienced advertising, branding and marketing professional with experience of parenting marquee brands.

SV Prasad

SV has had the unique advantage of working in various areas of financial services & consulting during a time when the Indian economic liberalization got going since the 1980’s.   This has given him a great insight and opportunity to gain first hand experience working on pioneering assignments in the various areas of capital market, financial structuring, mergers and acquisitions, asset management etc., in the process contributing to the evolution of various aspects of the Indian Capital Markets and related Regulations.

An institution builder, he has worked in start ups, established businesses, effected turnarounds, identified and handled acquisitions, ensured seamless integration of taken over units, smoothly handled sale of businesses and worked in multinational, Indian as well joint venture entities.  He has worked in both retail as well as the wholesale side of the financial services business.   

SV started his career with Price Waterhouse and has worked in senior positions with JM Financial, Standard Chartered and ANZ Grindlays Bank.  He was the CEO of Zurich India Mutual Fund (Zurich) and Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company Ltd. (BSLAMC) and was the Country Head and Managing Director of Schroders in India

Under his leadership, Zurich became a quality top 5 asset management company and also took over the asset management business of ITC Threadneedle.   During his tenure in Birla Sun Life, also a top 5 asset management company, the acquisition of Alliance Mutual Fund was successfully identified and concluded.

Education

An undergraduate in commerce and a graduate in management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), University of Bombay with ranks in under graduation as well as MMS, SV has done executive management programs on corporate strategy in Harvard and Wharton Business Schools, IMD Lausanne and the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Experience with Educational Institutions
SV has taught Corporate Strategy and International Business in leading Business Schools in India and abroad. Apart from the 2 year full time MBA program, he teaches Strategy for the various Executive MBA programs, the twinning MBA course where part of the course is in India and the balance in a reputed foreign university, etc.

SV regularly contributes papers and writes in leading newspapers and magazines on various aspects of the corporate world. He also periodically takes part in discussions in  leading TV channels on various aspects of the corporate world, financial markets and related subjects.

Jaya Prasad
A Post Graduate in Marketing and Advertising with a History (Honours) at the undergraduate level,  Jaya has been instrumental in strategizing and launching many a successful brands across a wide spectrum of sectors such as white goods, services, contraceptives, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), agricultural equipment, not for profit services etc.  The Onida Devil, the Skypak Man, Today women’s (a ladies contraceptive ) , Pumps, Taj Hotels, Cadbury India, Godrej & Boyce, etc were some of the major brands handled by her.  Many of the product launches have gone into the folklore of branding, advertising and marketing.

Besides, Jaya has a rich communication experience in developing and anchoring programmes in BBC, London.
